Starting off from the Nid d'aigle (2372m - 7,782ft), they will guide your steps until you reach the refuge de Tête Rousse at an altitude of 3167m (10,390ft). This is a 2-3 hour hike. After a well-deserved meal, you will take off from the small glacier of Tête Rousse.
